Project description
The purpose of the proposed consent application is to request a severance of 37-41 Winchester Street (collectively Parts 1 and 2 on the draft R-Plan) from 502-508 Parliament Street (Parts 3 and 4 on the draft R-Plan) in order to allow for the transfer of title for both of the proposed retained and severed properties to separate agencies in compliance with City Council¿s direction (Item No. 2018.EX34.3). For the purposes of this consent application, Parts 3 and 4 are proposed to be the Retained Lands, while Parts 1 and 2 are proposed to be the Conveyed Lands. We note no rental housing units will be removed, converted or otherwise lost as a result of the proposed conveyance and that no new construction or development is proposed as a result of the proposed consent application.
